La atención prestada desde el principio y siempre con buena aptitud, me olvidé la cartera en recepción y por una casualidad pudieron llamarme para volver y recogerla

Outstanding Service, they made me feel like home since the first minute, they even picked me up at the airport, they took care about every simple aspect, request or question that I had, the location is inside a quiet and safe neighborhood, in between the airport and the plateau, so almost everything is easily accesible from there, and they are also happy to get you any kind of transportation, when I departed the hotel, the owner took me to the airport, he even went with me to confirm that I was able to get a seat on the plane (I was flying on a stand by ticket), it is amazing how much they care about their guests, the breakfast is good served in a nice patio, the staff can help you in Spanish, English and French which makes it a lot easier, my room was outstanding, quite comfortable, clean and quiet, they also were quite flexible with my late check out. In few words, this hotel is by far the best place in which I have stayed in western Africa and one of the best places where I have stayed in many years of travelling to different areas in the world. El servicio es extraordinario, te hacen sentir realmente como en casa, te apoyan en todo, y siempre con una sonrisa, el dueno es muy amable y accesible y te da una atencion personalizada tanto en Ingles, Espanol o frances, el hotel esta ubicado en un fraccionamiento cerrado con seguridad ubicado entre el aeropuerto y el centro de Abidjan, lo cual esta perfecto, facil de llegar a cualquier sitio y el dueno te apoya consiguiendote cualquier transporte que se requiera. Incluye un desayuno, sencillo pero sabroso y servido en una terraza bastante agradable, mi cuarto sumamente comodo y limpio, la camada muy comoda. Tambien me ofrecieron recogerme en el aeropuerto, e incluso al salir de Abidjan el dueno en persona me llevo al aeropuerto e incluso se bajo conmigo hasta que hiciera el check in y tuviera un lugar en el avion!!!! Indiscutiblemente la mejor opcion!!!!!!!
