We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred.
Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!

The hotel is situated in Weggis, just below Mount Rigi and only 2 minutes from the ship departure point, featuring a lakeside. Despite overlooking the street, our room was peaceful as the island is quite small. The location was perfect for exploring the area, including a day trip to Mount Rigi and a boat trip to Lucerne. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is good. Although the hotel's decor is a bit dated, it certainly offers good value for money for anyone planning a trip to the area or wishing to visit Lucerne.

It offers wondeful views of the lake and the mountains and some really nice hotels and restaurants that exceeded our expectations. We loved and enojoyed staying at this hotal.
We loved and enojoyed staying at this hotal. The lake and mountain view is just so bueatiful. The breakfast is exellent. Many variety food and drinks to choose. We enojoyed eating breakfast on the patio with the view of Lake of Luzane and the Mountain every monring. The access to the Hotel is easy. The bus station is right in front of the hotel. the front desk has bus schedule to let you know when next one is coming. It takes 15 min bus to the train station, then take anther 15 min train to the city of Luzane. Or you can walk for 5 min to the Ferry station from the Hotel and ride boat to the City of Luzane. The transpotation in Switzland is so easy and conveniently to use.FengUnited States - 10Scored 10

great hotel & location, but with no air con in rooms & rubbish service in an over priced restaurant run by inefficient staff who seem to rush around not paying attention to the customers, one order missed then delivered 10 minutes after the first order arrived & missing a vital ingredient no applogies made very indifferent staff on the night. Needs sorting & contact back to me regarding a ruined meal.

Thought I had reviewed this hotel before, but got it confused with another hotel we stayed in! This hotel was very good, lovely situation on Lake Lucerne. Having dinner on the edge of the lake was special. Would definitely recommend.
