It is such a charming hotel. So clean and the staff is so friendly. Easy check in and out. Nice coffee place with breakfast sandwiches, muffins etc. There is also a restaurant inside hotel and the food is delicious.

Beautiful location, lots to see and do around if you like to bike or walk. Chesterman Beach is amazing and within walking/biking distance. Staff are great very helpful. Room was perfect had all that we needed for our stay. ROAR restaurant meals were delicious! Thank you!

We loved Tofino and highly recommend it for a stay. Beautiful part of the country. Great food. Lots of outdoor activities. Took a boat trip with Remote Passages to see the bears and it was a fantastic 3 hours. Stayed at Chesterman beach which is a great location - Seafarer B&B (friendly, comfortable and quiet). Had huge breakfasts provided at the B&B and didn’t need to eat again until dinner! Had great meals at The Shelter and Roar (which is in the Zed Hotel) Restaurants. Drove 40 minutes to Ucluelet one day to walk tracks around Wild Pacific Rim. Fantastic photos - eagles, seal, landscape, rock pools. Lovely cafes.

Tofino is worth the drive.
Tofino is worth the drive. Loved the casual vibe of this remote surf town. In winter it was delightful. We went up to Ucluelet and did a walk. We surfed in very thick wetsuits, and we had a sauna on the beach. The whale watching in winter didn't seem to be so easy to find.FranceneAustralia - 10Scored 10
What an absolutely interesting place!
What an absolutely interesting place! And we experienced both a trees breaking, power outing ferocious storm, and some pleasant and moderately sunny weather. Our stay at the Tin Wis Resort was beyond our expectations. We look forward to coming back, maybe in the summer next time.Norm and CherylCanada - 10Scored 10
Visiting in the "off season" was very nice.
Visiting in the "off season" was very nice. Everyone seemed relaxed and there were no crowds. Lots of free parking available. Most stores/restaurants were open. Some of the tour groups were still operating as well. Co-op was a great place for reasonably priced groceries, including a deli/bakery. Trails were well groomed and easy to locate. Try to work in the Bog Boardwalk trail as it's a very unusual area. People were still surfing/kayaking, etc.

They have gigantic cinnamon rolls, croissant and fresh fruit and everything. It taste so much better since the view of the breakfast area is spectacular! You can look out to the beach while you enjoy the beautiful breakfast. Also we loved the private beach and the trails so much! I wish weather was milder so we could sit on the beach but just walking down the beach and looking at the ocean was more than enjoyable.

We spent many childhood holidays renting a cabin on Long Beach, long before the Government took over. The Pacific Sands was the best choice for us, each having our own bedroom was key. The view was spectacular, the beach house spacious and clean. We witnessed many Weddings preformed right in the little cove near our beach House. Loved the Beach Shack Restaurant and the cafe.

Access to Tofino and Ukee were super easy. There was only one charge port but I was able to use it as much as needed and we did a lot of back and forth in the EV so that was key. Compared to other properties this is better value. Its very close to top restaurants or city centre. Staff is very courteous and the room was super clean , just like new.
