Absolutely lovely B&B with fabulous breakfasts and charming rooms. The bathrooms are exceptionally large with both a roomy shower and a clawfoot bathtub, catering to all. Jeff and Marsica are charming hosts and we were warmly welcomed by their dog Rosie. We became so fond of her that we even asked to walk her one evening!

A Beautiful Inn full of character, charm and history. The owners and staff were fantastic. The room was beautiful and the place full of 9' ceilings and antiques.
The dinner meal and breakfast were great and went well with the wine. The celebrity guest list included Queen Elizabeth in 1984.
Not too far off of the Trans Canada Highway.
Would stay here again, no doubt what so ever.

The hotel is in an excellent location for travelling it is just off the highway. The staff is friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean.
Hopewell Rocks are a wonderfull surprise. WE went in the evening at high tide to see people kayaking around them and then back in the morning to walk the beach at low tide. Did not realise how extensive they were. Actally imperrive to imagine the amount of water displaced.

Enjoyed the welcome from the host at Shepody Bay Inn, large bright room overlooking Bay of Fundy & marsh. Really enjoyed the Shepody Trail which was just behind the Inn and very flat but pictuesque. Current owner has only been open since May and has done a great job. Highly recommend this as a stop near Hopewell Rocks. Hopewell Cape is good location along Highway 114, with exception of restaurants being closed on Thanksgiving (and any statuatory holiday) as well as early closing, so suggest bringing snack food along.

We were glad to be able to see and experience the location of the iconic rocks and the extraordinary tides. Another beautiful location in the vicinity was Cape Enrage. We ate in Alma both evenings. Good restaurants there!

If you have trouble walking pay the $2 for the ride down or up, it is a bit of a hike to get through the bush and then you have the stairs down to the rocks as well. Wear decent grip shoes, water shoes, hikers or runners as it can be slippery.

The Hopewell Rocks was one of the highlights of our trip.
The Hopewell Rocks was one of the highlights of our trip. The Motel was very comfortable although I wish that the owners would be better in English. We couldn't really have a conversation with them at all. I am not a racist person, but it would have been nice if they could speak English. We live in Canada and we should speak English.

The location for Hopewell Rocks can't be beat.
The location for Hopewell Rocks can't be beat. Looks great from the front, but drive around back........ Lawn needs to be mowed, Screens need repair. Pool is nice. You can see the River from up above. (not from our room) There's a nice restaurant, but food lacks flavor and they have no help. There's also a very nice Gift Shop.
I really enjoyed the location of this motel. It was a 4 minute drive to Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park. You could even walk to the park if you wanted to. I also really liked the hotel staff. Our long drive took longer then we hoped making our arrival time later then the check in time frame. The staff were very accommodating by leaving our keys in a coded lock box and gave us the code over the phone. We also really liked the look of the hotel in general. You could see the lake from the property. Everything was pretty clean.
The accommodations had been sold to another owner between when I made the reservations and when we arrived. We were a bit disappointed to not receive the hot breakfast the previous owner had described to me, but the rooms were just as pictured on the website so there were no surprises and everything was clean. The location near Hopewell Rocks is a big plus, as is the room rate.
Delightful classic roadside motel. Very clean and tidy room. Great view of the bay from room and porch. Very quiet. Didn't need AC which can be noisy.
Very close to Hopewell Rocks.
Breakfast was usual motel continental and perfectly fine.
WIFI signal weak to nonexistent which we have found to be the rule in rural Canada.
This is a nice hotel close to the Hopewell Rocks (they are worth a trip!). The owner just recently took over from the previous owner and is very helpful and engaged. He invited us for Marshmellows at the camp fire, gave our little son toys to play with etc. Definitely a recommendation!
Owner was very friendly, always making sure that you don't need anything and providing you with advice on what to do.
From 7am-11pm, there is always cookies, fruits and coffee/tea at disposal.
Hotel is about 9 min drive to hopewell rocks and about 30 min drive to Alma/Fundy bay NP
Excellnt place. Outstanding breakfast. Thy are cooking Egg an Hamm frech for you. The crausaint comes rigth out of there oven. We have done a long Trip around and stayed in a different Hotel each night. So I can say out of about 20 Hotels we been thats been the best!!! Thx a lot.
Nice, quiet location near Hopewell Rocks. Clean, large bachelor—style suite (Coastal Suite) overlooking the Petticodiac river. Easy check in and check out. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Only negative was that there was no BBQ starter or working matches.
Our room was very comfy, sparkle clean and quiet (despite the highway that is just behind the hotel). The location is good, very close to Hopewell rocks and to a few restaurants. Shanon is a very welcoming host and communication prior to our arrival was flawless.
The room was very nicely decorated, lighthouse themed, specious room with a beautiful ocean view.
The hosts were super friendly and helpful and they offered a complimentary breakfast.
Also a large outdoor space in the back of the hotel.
Nothing. The receptionist told me they didn’t receive the booking but how could that be when Booking.com does not confirm the reservation until the hotel has confirmed it has room.
The restraint was ok, the building are old and minimal, but is the best motel in the area.. Better than Hopewell Rocks Motel which had the worst restraint imaginable.
