Views over the Danube are amazing, the sunsets are not to be missed, you can get spectacular views at the sunset. Food choice is nice also. The hotel is in a remote location so you get a lot of peace and quiet. Hotel rooms have a rustic feel to them, which is nice also.

Our room had wonderful view at the river.
They allow pets so we were able to stay with our dog.
Room was clean, spacious and well furnished. I think the hotel was relatively recently renovated.
Breakfast was good with plenty of options.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to visitors of Ruse.

Beautiful building, excellent location very close to the centre of the city and to the beautiful Danube.
The staff were lovely and friendly. It was a welcoming atmosphere and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast- OK but would never have thought we had to queue outside in the cold for a cup of morning coffee.
Hope the lovely canadian lady who we met on an earlier visit can read this to confront these failures, otherwise all her and husband's endeavour will eventually disintegrate.
