My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience.
The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a bad smell in the room, which seemed to come from the furnace. Additionally, several facilities were missing or inadequate, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Excellent staff at the reception
Very welcoming and accomodated our requests especially for a late check out. Breakfast was diverse and good.
Getting around in Wezembeek-Oppem is very easy. We mostly walked there. We used tram and metro to neighboring towns. We ate at different places depending on where we were.
People are very kind and smiling. They congratulate you, even if they don't know you.
