We enjoyed the town, the wineries were lovely, although some don't open during the week, that was disappointing.
People were very friendly, knowledgeable and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Lake Canobalas was beautiful, child friendly, lovely cafe and lovely place to walk and relax.
Richard our taxi driver went above and beyond organising another driver to pick us up later that night as he was finishing his shift. A big thank you to him.
We went to a few restaurants and they were high end and very good.

Tourist information centre excellent very helpful staff. Toured some of the cellar doors. Travelled to Cowra which was well worth the visit. Also the Ophir Gold where gold first discovered in NSW. Orange central to lots of places of interest. Large town with everything you need. The Ex Services Club excellent for meals.

Orange really has nothing for the tourist.
Orange really has nothing for the tourist. It's a nice town, but you've seen it all in a day or so. It's a bit of a drab place. We ate at local returned servicemens club which was excellent Parking is a pain; it's reverse angle.

The choice of cafes and restaurants was very good.
The Parkview Hotel had good food at a reasonable price.
The service was also good. We walked from De Russie Hotel - about 3 blocks just near the park.
A very comfortable town house for a short stay in central Orange NSW. Close to info centre, restaurants, cafes and shops. 3 Bdrm and fully air conditioned (dining room only)+ fans in most rooms. The house is pretty cool in any event due to style of construction. There is one bathroom with shower, spa and toilet for all occupants. Everything was spotless.
Kitchen was well equipped and well stocked with basic ingredients; milk, coffee pods, sugar etc. Gated area to park your vehicle within. Pretty good value short term stay.
Edward Town House, 151, is in an excellent location. Short walk to local pubs, clubs, main street, shopping and cafes.
We have stayed here on many occasions and always look forward to returning. Great facilities, bbq easy to use, plenty of room in family/kitchen area for 6 adults. Comfy lounge, bluetooth soundbar for streaming your own vibes.
We're already looking forward to our next stay there.
Plus, excellent value for money. Cost way less for two couples than two room at local hotel.
We loved Amara Views. A beautifully restored property in a rural setting. The home was warm and welcoming for our arrival.
The home was beautifully styled with all the comforts and everything we needed for a relaxing, safe and peaceful holiday in gorgeous Orange. The massive king size bedroom was luxurious, the big TV on the wall and the well equipped/ heated ensuite was awesome. The kitchen was easy to prepare easy meals during our stay.
My stay at Camelot was a truly wonderful experience. Julie is a great host and have stocked the accommodation with the most exquisite breakfast provisions. The location of the accommodation provides for a perfect view of the night sky on a clear night. Julie goes out of her way to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend Camelot and will definitely stay again on my next visit to Orange.
Lovely, spacious house in a great location - on a very quiet street but still easy to walk to local cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and a nice table in the garden to eat outside at. Excellent hosts who provided really useful local information and great communication. Check-in was very easy too. I would stay here again if back in Orange.
Fabulous!!!
The hotel and the staff were amazing!
Fit-outs, cleanliness, quality of service exceeded my expectations!!!
Great value for money!
The service especially was exceptional!!! For a moment I thought - am I still in Australia...)))
The Remington Orange is a new hotel near the hospital. Despite the not-so-central location, it is quiet, elegant, very clean and modern. All staff, from front desk, restaurant and cleaning, were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is historic in a central location with a excellent bistro serving delicious affordable meals . We had a very spacious , comfortable family room . Hotel Canobolas is our first choice when staying in Orange.
This is the best place to stay in town when in Orange. Clean, renovated rooms, Comfy bed, parking spots available on location and street, pub within the property for a good feed and shops just across the road!
The view was great and the winery itself was lovely. The fact that you can pick your own fruit to eat was a huge bonus and gave us an activity to do. An abundance of breakfast and fruits provided.
Staff were lovely. Actually everyone in Orange was lovely.
Room were spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable.
