Seems like a good place for families, but it was further away from the CBD than we anticipated, and because our room was next to the pool, there was a lot of noise from the children using same. The room itself was fine and even came with its own garage. There were lots of things to do (tennis courts, a couple of pools, etc. but because the rain was incessant, we were unable to enjoy the propwrty as much as we'd have liked. Staff was great - friendly and helpful, and the onsite cafe provided a variety of dishes, though the food was only so-so.

We have been to Noosaville many times and always enjoy it. There seems to be something for everyone, Covid definitely made a difference with staffing, the resorts and restaurants, but they seem to have bounced back really well. There are fishing charters and boats and any sort of water craft is there for hire. Lots if restaurants, would cater for most tastes. We loved the Indian Magic of India, was good food and value for money. Entainment on weekends at the RSL, and a singer at the Marina most afternoons. Didn't take the river ferry this time but a good way to get around

We had a great time, our apartment was situated an easy walk to restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets, the river was very close and lots of lovely parkland and playgrounds.
The only thing wrong was that we didnt have long enough there.

A nice place for the holiday, with plenty of restaurants, and cafes. You can hire any boat or something else for a reasonable price. Good park for walking, with enough space for everyone. Amazing view of the Noosa River.

I couldn’t believe the unit I paid for 2 nights was in so BAD of maintenance. The A/C wasn’t working on COOL , the air dryer wasn’t working and the overhead fan in main bedroom wouldn’t switch on . It was so HOT in that unit I couldn’t stay for the second night so I cut my 2 day fishing trip down to 1 and returned to my home in Brisbane . I could never rebook on that particular site again .

This is my 4th trip to Noosaville.
This is my 4th trip to Noosaville. The location and amenities are great. Always feel really relaxed when I visit.
I highly recommend the Mexican Joint to eat at.
The ferry that takes you to Noosa saves the drama of parking if you want to go to Hastings St
We liked everything about Noosa Village River Resort. It was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip here from Scotland. Being right on the river was perfect, with shops, restaurants and cafes a very short walk away and yet quiet itself.
The house was comfortable and equipped with all you could need. The gardens are beautiful with trees and mature plants; everything is clean and well kept.
I can’t speak highly enough of this property and I haven’t said that about anywhere else.
Location; Location; Location. Wow.... the view from the luxury apartment was stunning!
The staff were amazing and put our family in the same building for our niece's wedding. Family dinners were a breeze and the flexibility to wander between apartments was heaven. The decor in this freshly renovated apartment was stunning and although the price tag is a little high for a two-bedroom with no bath to soak in, it was certainly worth the little extra.
What a gem of a hotel! Older style, very clean room and undercover parking. Located close and handy to a small shopping centre for any necessities you need.
Located next to the hotel itself. It is actually more like a friendly tavern and the food is amazing.
Check in was easy. Reception staff were extremely welcoming and offered a local map and places to visit that required a car and also walking activities.
For a 2 night stay, the Studio Apartment with King bed was ideal as we were visiting family and did not spend long in the room. Kitchen was great. Surprised at how big the studio was. Had everything you would expect.
No view but that didn't matter. Shops, cafes and the Boathouse Restaurant within 2 minute walk. Larger apartments had lovely patios and views.
everythiing was well laid out and right on the river, cool eateries along the marina, lovely looking pool and balconies on rooms made the stay very pleasant
great sofa bed, you can actually sleep on!
did not use facilities due to travel being to organise and attend a family members funeral, however, would definitely return for a more leisurely stay
Location of being on the River was relaxing and the breeze provided some relief from the heat. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and the unit was spacious for 6 people. Easy car parking on the property. Reasonable walking distance to cafes at Noosaville. Great selection of games and books for reading.
Coco bay resort is a great place to stay. The 2 storey unit is furnished well, very homely and in good condition. Location in Noosaville is good, short walk to the river, local bus just outside. Has a small pool but weather was too cool to use it. Would recommend a stay herr
The unit is in a beautiful, quiet location on the rivers edge. Yet still easy access to shops and restaurants in Noosaville. The unit was well equipped with everything needed to make this an enjoyable stay.
The pools were very well maintained
The spas were awesome
The room was very clean
Facilities available were very good
Great location on the river
Close to many restaurants also many retail outlets
Location, excellent reception, no problems booking in early. Access to Noosa River for a swim and bars and restaurants in Gympie Terrace. Hotel meals are good. Will stay there again.
Great location in Noosaville, short walk to Noosa River, Gympie Terrace. Lots of coffee options and cafes/restaurants walking distance. 5 minute car trip to Hastings Street.
I loved the facilities and how the room included additional recreational equipment. I loved that it was cheaper to go through the booking.com rather than the hotel directly.
Great stay and fantastic location in Noosaville by the river and close to restaurants and cafes. I've stayed here multiple times before and will be back again.
It was amazing. The apartments are beautiful. The staff are amazing. Husband wife at the front are so welcoming and so helpful it really made the stay fantastic
