I have been one of the last guests in this hotel in the end of the season yet I've got all the service they usually offer in the middle of the season with full house.
Very clean place, very friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable even better than I've expected.
I can't say anything less than superlatives.

Very clean room, everything looked new in the room, clean bedding and towels. Location in the mountains was amazing and peaceful and we even got a room upgrade to a larger room. The shared bathroom facilities were spotless and very inviting to use. Food and drinks at the restaurant very delicious. The hotel provides free toboggans to use on site.

Most people know Austria has a lot to offer in winter, but the same is true in summer. It is perfect for long hikes through the mountains, enjoying nature and visiting the many old castles. Imst is a relatively quiet town, but it offers enough restaurants and bars, especially if you include Hoch-Imst. Take the cable car to the mountains, take the coaster down or go by foot. And don't forget to visit the Rosengartenschlucht. Both very close to Imst.

Imst was well worth the visit.
Imst was well worth the visit. Between Rosengartenschlucht and the Alpine Coaster and the Friday free community concerts there are plenty of things to keep one active in the summer and the place looks built for the winter. The food and staff at Hirschen Hotel are fantastic!

Probably nicer and prettier towns and villages in the valley...
Probably nicer and prettier towns and villages in the valley to visit or base yourself, but if you need amenities then it is has good array of shops, hotels, restaurants and services. Seemed to be a lot of kids roaming the streets on foot and noisy mopeds.
what really exceeded my expectations was the possibility to have my expensive bike locked in the basement. The room is only opened be the staff and only for the guests who have their bike in there. A great alternative to leaving the bike in the car overnight.
The staff is very friendly and their dog "Anneliese" is one of the cutest beings on this planet.
The carpet in the hallways makes it a really quiet hotel, especially in the mornings and late evenings. Gotta love it.
We booked this hotel as a place to stay on the way from the airport to a ski resort. Staying just one night, we chose it by location and didn't expect much.
The hotel was above our expectations.
The room we got was just renovated. It was big, nicely decorated, the bed mattresses were very comfortable.
The breakfast was good, with selection of cheeses and pastries, fruits, yogurts, muesli. We liked fresh orange juice.
Overall, it was very nice to stay there.
The apartment was well equipped for a family, bed rails, washing machine, dish washer, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, wifi and loads of storage. Parking is right outside so very easy to unpack (note it is up a flight of stairs) It was very clean and the windows being able to to fully open meant lots of great views of the mountains.
The apartment also came with a discount card for imst so we saved €100s going up the mountain and on some local attractions.
The breakfast is fine, with smoked salmon, cereals, fresh fruit and fresh fruit salad...
Only the coffee could be better.
The restaurant with traditional dishes and pizza is a good choice for a stop in the evening. The terrace of the restaurant is quite cute.
There is a small wellness area on the top floor.
It's a good choice for a stop when you travel from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium to Austria or Italy.
Amazing stay at the Ualm hotel with its friendly staff that made you feel right at home. Especially the owner Martin who was very engaged with the customers. I was impressed with the breakfast which even catered to people on a vegan/plantbased diet. It was very tasty and plenty. We will definitely come back! Martin even gave us a farewell present.
Small and cozy apartment suitable for 1 or 2 persons. The kitchen area was a bit cramped but everything available to prepare a meal. Good location close to center of Imst and start point of hiking and biking trails. Guest card offered (additional cost) was great with free entry to swimming pool in village and Bergbahn.
This hotel has a great location in a wonderful small Austrian town along the Inn River. Our room faced a small stream that flows into the Inn River so we got to experience the magical sound of flowing water out of our bedroom throughout the night. The breakfast was also excellent.
As you drive up the road and see the hotel, you will know it will be one of the best stays you will experience. Plenty of parking and the staff will greet you with a smile. Very accomodating. You deserve to stay here, room and service were excellent.
Cozy, huge apartment tucked away in a quieter area of Imst. Ideal for exploring Tirol by car thanks to its central location. Welcoming hosts and promptness in case of addressing issues.
The alpine coaster close by is a must visit.
Gerne wieder!
The house is very clean and close to Imst’s center. The host is very responsive with answering our questions. The surrounding is covered with trees so there are lots of birds and squirrels! We had a great time in this house
The hotel manager was great and made us feel at home. The staff was friendly and the rooms and the hotel were clean. The view from the balcony of the room is lovely and it's great place to spend your vacation.
