From the outside this apartment looked weird. Practically it is rebuilt garage. Inside is perfect. Air conditioning quite and efficient. Smart TV is new and big enough. Water is clean, you can literally drink from tub. Clean room and fresh air inside because of a proper ventilation. Very close to the airport, taxi will cost you $1 tops with Yandex Taxi, which works there just fine, in any currency (still ! ) with any bank. If you walk towards main street 50 meters, you can shop at the Convenient Store and there is a gas station few meters further. It is a simple neighborhood, people are nice and friendly. I know, there are fancy hotels around for about the same price but next time I will go here again. The owner is reachable at any time. He even drove me around in my search for closest ATM. I called him several times with questions and got helped right away! Lets see if a Mariot owner will take your call...
