Very very big room with all the facilities, very comfortable and the extra bed for the kid was a double bed. The bathroom was very very big and clear. The breakfast was nice with lots of choices. The location is very nice... central hotel in Republic Square... you can go everywhere on foot. The people were very friendly.

We have visited Yerevan for four nights to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Since we planned to spend most of our time exploring the city, we were looking for a budget-friendly hotel, centrally located, easily accessible, with quiet and clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast.
Kantar Hotel has met all expectations. To add a cherry on top, the team was wonderful—very friendly and always available to answer our questions and provide information, fluent in both Russian and English. Our room had a stunning view of Mount Ararat and all the necessary amenities, with special touches that made our check-in extra special.
All hotel rooms are on the top floors, they are protected from street noise and well-insulated; we never heard our neighbors or noise from the corridor. The room was in good condition and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was slightly different each day, offering a variety of options. Coffee and tea are always available in the common area.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.

I loved everything and hotel was in general above expectations. The room was very very spacious and breakfast was very delicious. All the restaurants and other attractions are within 5 -10 minutes of walking, but there is a very good terrace restaurant next to hotel door with great pizza and excellent selection of drinks. I loved swimming pool most, which you could use any time of the day.
