We booked both rooms, so kitchen, bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi was for us only (it might be a bit uncomfortable if you share it with strangers). We got plenty of information about bicycle tours around Karlstad and flyers and maps we could use for our tour. The breakfast was enough and staff always paid attention that we get served everything. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. We could park our car and bicycles for free in front of the room. The parking lot is a big plus. We hope to return there again.
