Boasting a garden and views of the mountain, West Highland Way Campsite is a campground set in a historic building in Milngavie, 8.9 km from Mugdock Country Park.

We made a mistake and ordered "Stan Pitch". Booking.com listing showed that it should contain a larger bed for two and three smaller single beds. We assumed from that that we are booking an already standing tent (even photos showed one). We were very surprised that we have in fact booked only an empty place for our own tent. The owner was howevet great and gave us a room in tent without charging us anything extra.
