The tour desk organises activities such as boat rides, ecological hikes and pink dolphin watching. Guests must book in advance. The spacious cabins feature a private balcony. We loved everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The facilities were fantastic, we spent so much time in the pools on deck and just enjoying the view. The tours were all very well organised and the guides were great. They were very knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages and took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. The food (and cocktails) were incredible, not just the main breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the dining room but also the smaller buffets served up on deck in between. The wifi which they only just got worked perfectly the whole time which was great as I had to work a little bit. We loved our room and our balcony and spent a lot of time out there as there were no mosquitos at all! There was also a nurse which was lucky for me because I actually got sick on one of the days but she treated me right away. So if you're looking to enjoy a bit of luxury while exploring the Amazon, this is definitely the right choice.

We had a fantastic stay at Dolphin Lodge! Our guide Thiago was amazing, the facilities rustic but comfortable and food very tasty! I appreciated their flexibility in preparing gluten-free meals for me as well. The transfer from Manaus (car, speedboat, car and speedboat again) sounded complicated, but it was very smooth. Just make sure you travel light as you will have to carry your luggage from car to boat to car to boat! There were almost no masquitos when we visited (January).

A lovely small hotel with friendly professional staff. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked around the local square and the opera house. There is a wonderful outdoor market a few blocks away on Sunday. We were here prior to a boat cruise. On our return, we were dropped at the hotel and the staff were kind enough to watch our luggage and let us use the facilities before we headed out to the airport.

The staff here were outstanding, they could not have been more helpful with anything we needed help with. Working with us and Google translate. They also specially cleaned and gave us our room early as we had arrived on the early boat from Tabatinga at 5am that morning. The room was also perfectly decent for the price we paid as we are trying to stick to a budget. It is also close to the port and the centre of the city if you are arriving in Manaus that way. It also has Aircon which is a must in Manaus
