I’ve always wanted to have a boat experience and this is the perfect boat! a very nice cozy boat and has everything in it. Dunstan is an excellent host, very welcoming and answered a hundred questions we had about boating life :)

Very pleasant walk into town and the option to have a lift to town in the morning on a boat was a nice bonus. The covered balcony was peaceful and a really nice place to sit after a busy day in the town. Very clean and well decorated. Hosts were around but not intrusive at all. The dog Meme knocks on the door to say hello along with her friend Nellie, both very friendly dogs. This has to be one of the very few places I would definitely return to. Taking a boat out on the river was absolutely amazing. A short stroll into the town and everything is on your doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend 👌.

Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and big living room / diner. The flat was about 20 minutes walk from the centre. We recommend glass blowing at Aqua Glass - that was great fun. Also the boat trip from Pulteney Weir, the indoor market which has a great cafe, a bar and a fabulous cheese shop. We received good instructions prior to arrival and checked in easily. We had a lovely room that opened on to a gazebo which overlooked the River Avon. Inside, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The room included a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave so making our own breakfasts was easy. So much so I think my little'un now wants to live by the river and be her first mate! To whoever moaned about the colour scheme, you really need to get a grip. It's a perfectly peaceful purple paradise. Comfy, cosy and within walking distance from the city centre and train station. And the two dogs are adorable and super friendly. We're already talking about staying there again. We can't thank you enough, Eloise xx

The host was extremely helpful and friendly :) Loved watching the ducks pass by in the morning with a cup of coffee. Lovely way to live! Highly recommend.
