The units are equipped with heating facilities. Lovely guesthouse, really nice host, good breakfast and a quiet neighbourhood. Not the closest spot if you are mainly in Seattle to see the main sights close to downtown, but the charm of it all was worth the longer distance.

The property is around 8.4 km from Knitting Factory, 9 km from SkyRide and 9.2 km from Riverfront Park. The inn offers an indoor pool, hot tub and free shuttle service. We were looking for a hotel close to the hwy as we arrived later in the evening and were leaving early the next morning. I was so impressed with how spacious the room felt and the bathroom was a generous size. Incredibly comfortable and quiet. There was also a nice selection for breakfast in the morning that was included in our stay.

The room was beautiful and the romance package was a hit!

Super cozy and comfortable, one of the best sleeps we've had staying at any hotels in years. The bed is incredibly comfortable and their amenities are excellent. In particular, Ryan and Joelle are such lovely people and they made us feel welcomed into their family-run bed and breakfast Inn immediately. We will be planning all of our future stays in Seattle at this Inn from now on.
