An historic house beautifully restored & adapted for it's current use. The people running it could not have been nicer, they made sure every detail of the room, breakfast etc were perfect. The room was spotless & furnished with great taste, fitting in completely with the age of the building. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Having stayed in literally hundreds if not thousands of places over many years, this is one of only a handful that stand out & that one always remember. Definitely a 'go to' place in Heber City.

Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

Self entry was efficient and easy. Breakfast was delicious and loved chatting with staff and other guests. It was a bonus to use the laundry as well. Plus, resident cat Garfield was really cute and affectionate!

Located in Springdale, 800 metres from Zion National Park, Novel House Inn at Zion provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. A great experience! Rooms are in the theme of different authors - really enjoyable, every detail thought through, great character. Kieren the manager is lovely, helpful and accommodating, going out of his way to help us on our trip and with late check out. A fantastic experience and would highly recommend to all especially book lovers!
