The property is perfect in every way, it’s like stepping into a completely different world. It creates a vibe that you live in the “spirited away” world. The location is super convenient, I walked to the old street in less than 10 minutes and you get to enjoy the quiet little town all by yourself before the tourists get in in the morning and after tourists leave at night. The host is super helpful when you need anything, you can also book day tours and massage to the room with the host. I’m extremely terrified of bugs, because this is in a forest and I was traveling by myself, that was a concern. But I didn’t encounter anything in my two nights of stay.

The location is very good, right at the top of Jishan street, where it is pretty quiet, but you can reach everything you need in Jiufen by only walking a couple of minutes. The room is spacious, has everything you need and a smart toilet as well as AC and a dehumidifier. Bed was very comfortable as well. The host is great! He welcomed me personally and told me a lot about Jiufen and the area and gave me recommendations for food as well as small trips. The price is reasonable, you really can't ask for anything more. There is also a breakfast included which the host places in front of your room door in the morning and you can collect and enjoy whenever you want, which was also very much appreciated. Great host and great place to enjoy Jiufen and the Pingxi area!

This was our first stop in a new country and we tried to catch a bus and the sweet staff got us one with no problem with google translate. 😁 was very thankful

Small room but perfect for me, one person, but two people would be comfortable as well. Beautiful old neighborhood if you like older style Taiwanese homes. Owner was friendly and very accommodating. Location was great for visiting the famous Juifen Old Street…only two minutes walking time. Be sure to get the breakfast supplied by the B&B…delicious! Simple but tasty. Parking is in a very small parking area and the road to it was narrow and only one car can fit on the road. This parking area was free and the other was pay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Best breakfast on our holiday. rooms were very nice. staff very friendly.

All units at the B&B are fitted with a seating area. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom fitted with free toiletries, while some units at Lungta BnB also boast a balcony. The rooms will provide guests with a microwave. This was the cutest town and an even cuter home. It is an old Japanese mining village and the home was redone beautifully to highlight the charm of a 100+ old house. We loved having a full kitchen to prepare a couple of meals in. They set you up with tea and coffee and snacks! While it is further from the popular Juifen street, it is just a short bus ride and the bus station is only a short 5 min walk (it is up some steep steps, so be aware that walking will be a big part of staying in this home). And while the busy food street with thousands of options isn't within walking distance, there is still food and options just across from the bus station, including the ever popular and reliable Family Mart with food and snacks including some basic groceries. We did pick up a full run of food for a home cooked dinner when we went to Ruifeng. The space is quaint and quiet and at the edge of of a beautiful mount side that allows for incredible views and plenty to explore. You can get to the famous sand castle beach "Fulong Beach" in about 45 mins by bus. And even the gorgeous Golden Falls are just 10 mins down the road. The bed was comfortable, the space was neat and clean. It is a very open floor plan so everyone sleeps on the same platform just on two separate pads.

Slowly B&B is 150 metres from Songde Park, while Gold Museum is 2.5 km away. It is 5 km from Ruifang Railway Station and 50 km from Taipei City. staff and owner are very nice and take care. the room is clean and breakfast is so delicious.
