The host and all the Family members are just awesome. They are Lovely, humble and definitely very Helpful. 2. You can get a scooty right at the homestay. Also there are many rental shops just opposite to it. So no worries. 3. There is a open space outside in the campus where you can drink tea or coffee anytime and every time. Also you get a Induction heater and Pan where you can prepare your morning breakfast. 4. The rooms are clean and cozy. And the price of the stay is definitely worthy. 5. Just 50 metres away you can get the Linda Laundry. 6. Finally a worthy and Budget Friendly Homestay. I Highly recommend.

Ideally located in the centre of Chiang Mai, DE LUXE BOUTIQUE & rooftop offers free WiFi, a rooftop pool and free private parking for guests who drive. The hotel is amazing, starting from the staff. Our host was Nude and nice at the beginning she helped us a lot with some guides and with the operation about the transfer. The facilities are excellent as well as the pool. We definitely would book this hotel again if we come back to Thailand.

Set within 3.6 km of Wat Phra Singh and 4.2 km of Three Kings Monument in Chiang Mai, Kiang Mo Gumpuju offers accommodation with seating area. This place was perfect for me. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has a microwave, fridge, comfy bed, couch, TV with netflix ( and of course AC and free wifi) ... The owner is very attentive and great help if you need. It is located a bit outside the main touristy / expat parts of town, but that is actually a plus for me. More authentic experience, and it is only a 5 minute drive from the center - which you can do with grab (local uber) or local jeepneys. This area is linked to the University, so lots of good local eating options nearby.

Room was very spacious with all the things you would probably need. My daughter loved to play with all the many pillows in the room and observe Thai kindergarten across the street. Stayed in 5 different places in Chiangmai but had the best sleep here !

Located 500 metres from Chiang Mai Bus Station, Ban Maitree offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as free bikes and a garden. The location is really good before a trip as it is right next to the bus station (but in a quiet street) and the host lady is the sweetest.

Located in Chiang Mai, 400 metres from Chedi Luang Temple and 400 metres from the centre, Nu Phen Homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a shared lounge. It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.

Hoh Guesthouse features accommodation situated less than 1 km from the centre of Chiang Mai and offers a garden and a terrace. Staff (Kong) was very kind and helpful. Location was great.
