Located in a quaint village not far from the lake, the apartment (for a family of five) was everything we could hope for. Fully equipped, convenient, with a huge garden and fruit trees, right next to the river. The host, Alenka, is most hospitable and caring. It’s a place we would definitely come back to next time we are in Slovenia.

Seems that this house was build quite recently, so everything is so new and fresh. The dormitory room is very spacious and feels like home. We did Triglav hike, so it was perfect location to start next morning, additional 50min walk to the Pokluka parking.

The friendly owner welcomed us with a welcome drink! Easy check-out and spectacular views of the Alps from the balcony. Everything was sparkling clean, quiet, and the room had everything we needed. I will definitely come back if I am in the area again.

It was perfectly located - not right in the most touristy part but within walking distance of the lake and the hiking trails. Our host was wonderful and even gave us a little welcome beverage, always a nice touch! It was also the easiest to find of all our accommodations in the country so far with easy parking. A cute balcony made it absolutely perfect for relaxing after dinner and playing cards while listening to the music coming from the town square. The restaurant across the street was great for dinner and the staff are friendly and hilarious - get ready to joke around and have fun. The lake is an absolute gem, our favorite swimming so far in Croatia and Slovenia.
