Offering mountain views, A Tendinha - Guest House is an accommodation located in Peso da Régua, 1.1 km from Douro Museum and 14 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary. This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Featuring mountain views, Casa dos 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro features accommodation with patio, around 1.3 km from Douro Museum. The room and the entire place is very comfortable and modern. It felt like home and we definitely will come back again soon. Special thanks to Joana and Marco for a welcome drink - delicious port wine. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Set in Mirandela in the Norte Region region and Chaves Thermal Spa reachable within 50 km, Ribeira House offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, water sports facilities and free... The staff (reception, housekeeping, and the cook) all received us with warm hospitality. The breakfast (home made pastries, regional charcuterie, made to order eggs)were delicious. The gated parking area was secure and easy to access.

Situated in Provesende and only 12 km from Natur Waterpark, Quinta Pedreira dos Anjos features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The owners of quinta Feliciano and Aurora are the most hospitable and kind people on earth. They showed us their wonderful organic garden, told us the history of how it all started, shared their home made dessert and home grown fruits, let us taste their wines and even helped us with the laundry when we couldn't find any in Pinhao. One of those experiences in Douro valley I will never forget. Also they are pet friendly, have their own 2 cute dogs and our Luna felt at home there.

Situated within 1.5 km of Golf Course Vidago Palace and 22 km of Chaves Thermal Spa, ZN Lodge features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vidago. Beautifully renovated house in the center of Vidago within walking distance from a fountain where locals (and tourists) get fresh water. Leonardo, the host, was a very kind and considerate host, making sure that we-including our dog- were comfortable in our spacious and stylish room. Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Douro D'Heart - Regua Guesthouse - Casa Completa is located in Peso da Régua. This property felt like a palace...very grand! Such an amazing place for which the photos do not do the property proper credit. We couldn't believe the entire space was ours when we first arrived. My family and I wished that we could have stayed for a week. Next time! 😊
