Great location, quiet and fab views of mountain. Chris was very helpful with recommendations and help. High quality fixtures - hot tub went down well. Liked the breakfast arrangement and snacks.

Situato a Ohakune, a soli 20 minuti di auto dal comprensorio sciistico di Turoa sul Monte Ruapehu, il Frankie & Hugh's è un appartamento indipendente ristrutturato che fa parte di una casa più grande.... Frankie and Hugh's felt like home away from home. Marlene and Wayne were great host and made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We found the property clean, spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay at the property.

What wonderfull greeting from Alison and Ron and what a beautiful accommodation. Very comfy beds, each with own shower room (small but very functional). Alsion had already setup the table for breakfast the next morning, cereal, croissants, milk, juice, butter, jams ..... use of microwave, fridge, washing machine.Gas fireplace made it very cosy and our son was super happy to have the extra TV channels to watch the football world cup. Unfortunatly only stayed one night so did not see much of outside ameneties of the village but would have happilly stayed 4-5 days extra ... specially due to such a wonderfull, welcoming, helpfull couple, Alison and Ron !

Fabulous accommodation with superior bathroom and facilities. Fantastic breakfast offerings and the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them.

My partner and I stayed at the River Lodge during our Christmas/ summer holiday and it was EXCEPTIONAL. Cleanest room we have ever stayed in. The hosts are fantastic, great vibes all round! The included breakfast was delicious and we had all the amenities we needed. Well worth the price and experience away from a chain hotel. The setting is so green, relaxing and warm. We slept so well as it was so quiet. Highly recommend you stay here if you are planning to hike the Tongariro Alpine Crossing - Dani can organise a direct shuttle to/from the track for you.

Il Manuka Lodge Bed and Breakfast si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città di Ohakune. Excellent. Felt completely at home. Very helpful advice for activities in the area. Engaging but discreet hosts. Room spacious, lovely bathroom and bed comfortable. Breakfast was terrific with good options.

Built in 1912 and offering budget, backpacker-style accommodation in a charming historic building, National Park Alpine Lodge features free WiFi in communal areas and both Netflix and satellite... Nice and friendly staff. Good location, Tongariro Shuttle stop is just 2 mins away by walk. They has small grocery shop in the lodge. big and clean toilt and shower.
