When Booking the Deluxe Double with Sea View and Deluxe Twin Rooms the Guests will have their own Private Space which includes their private Toilet and Private Bathroom. Incredibly nice hosts. Helpful and friendly. Plus they gave great travel advice. Beautiful grounds and location. Very clean room.

Excellent host, Mike is very friendly and kind, he has given us very good advice on the food and activities around the area. Fantastic breakfast, the best I ever had for B&B. Very highly recommended!

Allegra House is located up a hill from the centre of Paihia, where you will find a range of shops, restaurants and the beach. A commanding location with superb views. So wonderful to wake to such an amazing panorama. Brita and Heinz are exemplary hosts and are very welcoming and friendly. The room, bed, bathroom and shower are of the highest standard and perfectly presented. Breakfast was magnificent and served on the deck with more of those stunning views of the Bay.

Just 4 minutes’ walk from the Kerikeri River, Stone Store Lodge features suites with a private patio offering lovely bush views. Guests enjoy free self-serve continental breakfast and free WiFi. Privacy and lovely surroundings

Just 450 metres from Kororareka Bay, Bellrock Lodge offers studios with a private balcony and lovely bay and town views. The owners Catherine and Stewart were the perfect hosts! They had a great balance between privacy and sharing important information about where to go.

This place is truly a gem. The property itself is stunning, offering rooms that are both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The location is superb, only 12 minutes to the city yet providing a peaceful retreat. The breakfast is extraordinary, offering a wide range of delicious options. However, what sets this place apart were the host. Delphine and her husband went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, making you feel right at home. This place is well worth the visit and I highly recommend it.

Set in the Bay of Islands, Fantail River Lodge offers a garden. All rooms feature a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Rooms come with a balcony with views of the garden. Stunning property in a beautiful location. Chris could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The studio was well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
