La Dominotte Arcen was is one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The renovations throughout are beautifully done, for example marble in the window sills and above the bathroom sink. Combine this with modern heating system and well appointed rooms furniture, so you get the perfect experience. Hosts were super friendly and also run a very cute cheese and wine shop downstairs, and at breakfast time, they invite you to go there and select items such as local cheeses for your breakfast. Eggs are fresh that morning from their chickens. The breakfast I have to say is the best I've had in years - all fresh local ingredients.

Very new and clean, comfortable and overall just a nice experience. I loved the sound of the rain on the roof, so relaxing. It was super clean and you had everything you need in my opinion. Seating area with a table inside the lodge, outside were more seating opportinities and there was a lot of storage room under the bed. Even as a single person I felt save and sound. The couple was super nice and the breakfast was good. The bathroom was seperate and very spacious and clean!

I liked everything: imagine that you enter the green farm after the work day. you follow the host and find a wonderful small house. it’s beautiful inside and very warm. it has a kitchen - so you can cook, own shower and toilet and sauna in it - so you can warm up after the cold day, and separate bedroom with very comfortable bed and nice chilly air. breakfast was big and delicious, horses and peacocks came to have breakfast outside too. I loved it. Very big gratitude to Martijn for making it so cozy.

Our room was very spacious and inviting. The owners were extremely accommodating. There was a small issue with the room and the owner fixed it immediately. Breakfast was also excellent

Recommend evening meal in the hotel up the road. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended.

Bed & Breakfast 'Le Faucon' in Valkenburg provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Very nicely designed guest house wirh wonderful and friendly service, great attitude to visitors needs, Good wifi and parking. Eggs tree was lovely surprise and room with a View! Can't ask for more.Nearby is a local train line to Maastricht.Next time will book for few days and will explore more. Soft and delicate bed clothing makes your sleep very enjoyable. Valkenburg is a foody paradise and Thermae 2000 is great spa just 10 minutes away.
