El Conde De Atrini offers accommodation set 4.3 km from the centre of Santo Domingo and features a garden and a bar. The property features sea and lake views, and is 300 metres from Montesinos. It was great. Clean, comfortable and the staff so friendly and helpful. I’d be definitely coming back and would recommend this place hands down. My stay was excellent.

Set in Saint Martin and only 1 km from Orient Bay Beach, La Villa Hibiscus, Saint Martin offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The room was absolutely beautiful as was the property. Lots of thoughtful details, like a bug swatter lol. The bed was big and comfortable, and there was an automatic shade so you could make it dark in the room. The coffee maker was really nice. We had a problem with the hot water but that's because we turned the handle the wrong way, and nevertheless the manager came over on a sunday night to help fix it. The restaurant is closed on sunday (we didn't know this) so we didn't get to try it, but the following day after breakfast (which was delicious-- fruit was so sweet and perfect) we treated ourselves to some of the amazing cocktails and they did not disappoint.

Offering quiet street views, casa maria is an accommodation set in La Romana, 8.1 km from Teeth of the Dog and 12 km from Dye Fore. Honestly everything was great. Maria is so sweet and she runs the place herself. She makes breakfast every morning and makes getting around for the day easy, just ask and she'll call up a motocoach or car. It's on the upper floor of her house (separate entrance up the stairs) and there's three rooms that are a great size with modern bathrooms, fans and A/C. The shared area is spacious and gorgeous, with a full kitchen, dining table and a nook with comfy chairs by the windows. It's in a residential area with a colmado on the corner if you need a quick snack or drink. All in all I think this was my favorite place I stayed at while in DR, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in La Romana :). (Pics were taken after checkout but the linen and sheets were great as well!)

Set in San Felipe de Puerto Plata and only 1.3 km from Long Beach, Gaia Residence Deluxe offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The hotel was really modern and well decorated, everything was clean and well maintained. It was in a really good location within a gated community, Costa Rica beach is just a 6 minute drive away, the cable cars to Isabel de torres are 15 minutes drive away, and 10 minutes to the fort. There are plenty of places to eat close by (I highly recommend Como en Famillia for authentic Dominican food but it’s only open until 3) and jumbo is a 2 minute drive away but easily within walking distance. Our hosts were fantastic and super friendly, all the staff and owners of the hotel went above and beyond, and really made our stay relaxing, and as if we had known them for years. The breakfast is amazing and more than you could want, there is fresh fruit, cake and a good variety of choice for your main selection (Dominican breakfast, omelette, etc) The hotel is in a quiet location so gives you plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. I would not hesitate to come and stay here again, it was just perfect!

Offering a garden and sea view, Turquoise B&B is located in Willemstad, 1.7 km from Playa Marichi and 1.2 km from Queen Emma Bridge. Sidney, the host, will make you feel you are in home. The accommodation has everything that you need for a really comfortable stay. The breakfast was awesome too and having the recommendations of the host was great in order to better plan our days.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of sea, De Octopus is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Sint Michiel, 1.9 km from Blue Bay Beach. Rooms was very cute and rustic with ensuite bathroom with garden (how beautiful!). You have everything you need. Comfortable bed, mosquito net, fan... There is a pool also, though small, it's new and clean and perfect to cool off or relax with a beer. The owners looked after us and are super friendly. The Breakfast we had was also very tasty with fresh fruit yogurt cereals and nuts, eggs with bacon, fresh juice, and good coffee. WiFi worked fine, location is north of the city therefore well located to explore the beaches of the north, but close enough to go for dinner in the old town in the evening. Overall, incredible value for money, and enjoyed very much our few days there.

Set in Lucea in the Hanover region, Blue Paloma Bed & Breakfast has a patio. This bed and breakfast features a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. Theg property is very well thought through , given a very local touch and is very well maintained. Andrea, who is the owner has done a fabulous job with both interior and exteriors. the property is very clean, spacious and welcoming. we enjoyed the stay as the B&B host were very welcoming and made us feel at home. If one is looking for a real feel of Jamica , one needs to look at staying at places such as Blue Paloma. the breakfast is local Jamaican breakfast that is freshly made by the cool very morning with nice fresh juices. The team is very well organized , friendly , accommodative and warm. Our dietary restrictions were noted and food was customized to it. The swimming pool hours were extended for us. we were offered fresh coconut water and also the seasonal drinks. The host had family visiting for the holidays and the family members were very welcoming and we felt like we were part of the family during our stay. Overall, this is a fabulous place and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit. thanks to Andrea, Mark and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Featuring city views, Junzi is located in Ceiba, around 37 km from El Yunque Rainforest. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. This is a place like no others. It’s simple, rustic, extremely clean and very peaceful. You feel peace immediately after you get into the place. It’s so central, you can get supermarket, pharmacies, bakery, restaurants, pizza places, a nice beach and even barbershops right around the area. I definitely recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Casa Mantana Bonaire in Kralendijk provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Boasting free shuttle service, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Great location, friendly hosts, excellent value!

Located in La Parguera, within 16 km of Porta Coeli Religious Art Museum and 28 km of Guanica Dry Forest, Casa Bonita Inn provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property as... Lily was amazing! The house is so comfortable you dont want to leave. She received us with a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Place was super clean and had everything you need. The view is espectacular! I will come back and stay here again.
