Close to central station for trains to cinque terre, there is a shopping street just 200 meters from Real Rooms and marina is just 10 minutes walk. Many restaurants around. Room was silent and very clean. Parking was available. I would definetly stay here again.

There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

She also gave great tips for restaurants in the area. The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there’s enough space for your suitcase and clothes and the shower has great water pressure. The apartment is close to the train station for visits to cinque terre. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.

A recently renovated property, Casa Esmeralda is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. Very nice apartment! Newly renovated and very fresh, clean. Esmeralda, the host, is nice and super friendly!!! The location was also very good, lower than 10 min walk to La Spezia train station. Very easy to get to Cinque Terre. A grocery store was very nearby. Everything was excellent!
