The family that runs the villa are extremely helpful and communicative, and I loved my room facing the sunlit lemon grove on the lower level. The facilities are pristine, clean and well-appointed. I was really glad to have stayed here.

Situated in Anacapri, the recently renovated Casa Astra features accommodation 1.8 km from Faro Punta Carena Bay and 2 km from Cala Ventroso Bay. The host Salvatore is incredibly helpful and friendly, he showed us all the places to visit on the island and the best restaurants to go to. The room is beautiful and the terrace has an incredible view of coast.

Great location to explore all parts of Capri, being close to the Piazetta, close to buses to reach other parts of the island (Anacapri), and a funicular to the ferry. The property is very clean and modern and comfortable to stay in. After long days in the warm Capri sun getting back to Casa Dani felt nice and welcoming. Martina at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. She always greets you with a smile and recommended great restaurants, activities to explore the town and helped us arrange a porter service to take our bags down to the port and straight to the ferry which was very convenient. It was a joyful stay.

The property is located on the main pedestrian road at the end of Anacapri, still in a walking distance from the bus/taxi stop. Small supermarket is next door. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! The structure is very good, Gughi is an outstanding host, super friendly and helpful and the breakfast prepared by him is excellent. I will definitely return whenever I'm in Capri.

A short bus ride away from the super heftic Capri Area this was perfect for us. Great shops and Food places around. Comfortable and clean room with good bed and applications. Offering garden views and a garden, Il Veliero B&B charming rooms provides accommodation well situated in Anacapri, within a short distance of Marina Grande Beach, Bagni di Tiberio Beach and Axel... Tulimme alkuperäisestä suunnitelmasta poiketen Sorrentosta nopealla Alilauron laivalla, minkä lähtö oli ronskisti myöhässä. Olin edellispäivänä varmistanut yöpymisemme, ja ilmoitin myös myöhästymisestä varhaisen iltapäivän sijaan lähemmäs iltaa. Vastaanotto toimi erinomaisesti ja hyvin mukavassa hengessä. Il Veliero BB:n huoneemme yhteydessä oli soma pieni puutarha, ja majapaikka sekä henkilökunta oli yli odotuksiemme. Läheistä Piazza Vittoria-toria ympäröivässä kylässä ostimme iltapalaksi maittavat pizzat, koska emme enää viitsineet lähteä Caprin keskustaan. Me kiersimme seuraavana päivänä vielä aivan Il Velieron vieressä sijaitsevan, upean Axel Munthen museon, ja viihdyimme villan ja sen puutarhan kierrettyämme sen kahvilan aurinkoisella terassilla, mistä oli upea näköala merelle. "Dolce vitaa" eli makeaa elämää kerrassaan. Voi hyvin olla, että palaamme toistekin Il Velieroon. Anacaprin ja Caprin keskustan välillä kulkee tiheään pienoisbusseja: ne ovat näemmä usein täpötäysiä (seisomapaikkoja), mutta haitta ei ollut suuri. Kertalipun per henkilö ostaminen ennalta on järkevää. Matkaseurani ihastui Caprista jota hän ei tuntenut ennestään: luultavasti tulemme toistekin sinne, ja yrittäisimme varata yösijan taas Il Velieroon. Kokemuksemme pohjalta arvosanan 10/erinomainen Il Velieron iloiselle väelle, laadulle ja sijainnille on täysin ansaittu.
