Great location central to many attractions with a very well kept property. Host was very kind, helpful, and knowledgable of the area. Breakfast was fresh pastries and fruit with a nice coffee or tea. Desk and wifi were suitable for distance working. I recommend this location and would gladly return.

The host is the absolute best, she made a lovely breakfast and made a fire for us in the living room to have a lovely tea with homemade brownies after arrival.

On the West bank of the River Shannon, Shannonside House is set within large, private gardens. Guests can enjoy home cooking and free parking, and Athlone's centre is a 5-minute walk away. Location to center, owners very nice. Rooms was clean and comfy
