The owner greeted me right away upon arrival. The owners were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. The room was clean well decorated and everything is good working order. The room and bed were comfortable and the bedding, shower, sink, and room, were spotless. I had a room on the top floor and it was very spacious and quiet. The temperature of the room was just fine. The breakfast every morning was delicious. I had the Irish breakfast both mornings and both were excellent. The rooms are moderately priced and they are a very good value. The location is a 15- minute walk to the bus and right in the center of Monaghan. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. I would book there again and highly recommend staying there.

The 4-star Killyliss Country House B&B is surrounded by countryside and lakes. It is less than 20 minutes' drive from both Cavan and Monaghan and it offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Great spot! Pauline took care of everything we hoped for and more!!

The lady and her daughter are very friendly. I felt welcome. It was my first day in Castleblayney and I was blown away by the hospitality. It is a nice place to stay in and beautiful environment. The room is clean and the bed were well laid. The breakfast is top notch. Hope to visit again.

Lovely surroundings and the room had a perfect view. Lovely breakfast,great selection of fruit, yoghurts, cereal followed by a yummy Irish fry. Thank you! Would highly recommend!!
