Majapaikka oli meille tosi kivalla sijainnilla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. Talon isäntä oli avulias, ja hän kertoi mielellään saaresta. Vastaanotto paikassa oli koko henkilökunnan osalta oikein lämmin. Erityisen kiitoksen saa huippuystävällinen Brenda, joka piti huolen esim. kyydistämme takaisin lautalle.

Located on the historic Aran Island of Inís Mór, Kilmurvey House offers free WiFi in public areas. The location is 5 km from the ferry drop off. Our hosts communicated well and went out of their way to help us feel at home. The house is in close walking distance from Dun Aengus. Excellent breakfast.

Overlooking the Connemara coast and Galway Bay, Tigh Fitz Bed and Breakfast is located on Inis More which is the largest of the 3 Aran Islands and features several ancient stone forts and churches. Beautiful stunning view from our room over the water. Peaceful. Great breakfast. Penny was attentive to our needs.

Overlooking its own beach, Ard Einne House Bed & Breakfast provides en suite accommodation with views of the Galway and Clare coastlines. The hostess was lovely, and very willing to speak Irish to us. She was very friendly and helpful. The food and attention to detail was great. The view was stunning.

Port Aran House in Kilronan provides accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. What did I like... I don't even know where to start. It was one of the best stays we both have ever had. The location was absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast astonishing (the hosts bake the bread themselves, are you kidding). There was also a great selection of books on Aran Islands – I finished one of them and enjoyed it immensely. We could see horses from our room window! And we had great luck with the weather. The cottage is near the grocery store and a pub, but also not so close as to be disturbed by other people passing by. Great location!

Set in Inisheer in the Galway County region, Cliffs of Moher View has a garden. The units have a private bathroom with a hair dryer, while some boast sea views. Tämä oli aivan loistava majapaikka tällä pienellä saarella! Ehdottomasti suosittelen. Kävelyä lautalta oli vajaa pari kilometriä ja jonkun verran ylämäkeä, mutta se oli vaivan arvoista. Perille olisi varmasti päässyt myös pyörällä tai vaikka heppakyydillä. Maisema huoneen ikkunasta Cliffs of Moherin suuntaan oli todella hieno. Myös saaren yksi "nähtävyys", haaksirikkoutunut laivan hylky oli osa kaunista merinäkymää. Henkilökunta oli paikalla tullessamme, ja oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja tilava vaikka kolmelle. Majoitukseen sisältyi pientä purtavaa (keksiä, muffinssia, hedelmää, jugurttia) ja pikakahvi/tee.

The place is located in a strategic location, not so far from the little harbor of the island. Hosts very friendly, room clean (what a view from the window!), and good breakfast in the morning which includes croissants, bread, yougurts and more. Really recommend!

Overlooking Kilronan Harbour on Inis Mór Island in County Galway, Pier House offers Bed and Breakfast in a peaceful location off Ireland’s west coast. I expected something so close to the pier to be kind of dingy. Not the case at all. The room was clean and beautiful and the staff were kind and responsive. Great spot.
