Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. Very nice and clean rooms. It must be newly renovated. Loved the shower! The breakfast was served in a cosy room and the The full Scottish breakfast was yummie! Very sweet and friendly staff! It is very close to the town-center, like 2 minutes, and the town is so cute, we had unfortunately very little time to stay there but we went to the fish ladder which was interesting and it was a nice walk.

Besides the great location and the comfortable room, the hosts were wonderful! I had mentioned that I was cold in the room, even though it was August, and upon coming back from dinner found a small heater waiting for me! Breakfasts were great, and our hosts gave us some great tips and ideas about what to do in the area. All in all we would definitely recommend staying at Tigh Na Cloich!

A lovely stay. Very homely. Would like to return someday to see how the renovation of the rest of the property progresses

She's trying to make your stay as comfort as possible. We stayed for two nights: it's very, very clean & breakfast is diverse and great! We'll definitely come back if we're in that area (Perth/Edinburgh/St. Andrews)!

Town is a very short walk and worth it to stay a few minutes out for the views and atmosphere. O and the homemade breakfast each morning was delicious; they took hospitality to another level. Don’t stay anywhere else in Pitlochry, this place was lovely.
