Very spacious, easy to find as both the host and I use 'What3words' Very quite location excellent, small village with pub and restaurant (although we didn't visit) Secure parking outside property gate closed for the evening. Huge comfy bed and settee for watching TV. I especially like the do it yourself breakfast. Would definitely stay again when visiting the NEC.

What a hospitality and super nice people. if we can recommend a bed and breakfast then this is the one to be. Nothing is too much and everything is possible. Forgot to bring my coat, and it will just be sent to you. this is the place you should go. Not to forget the breakfast is also excellent. This is not a 10 but a 10 plus.

We stayed in the coach house, so outside the main house. There was a tiny kitchen with nespresso/microwave/kettle facilities and a tiny breakfast bar area to sit at, if you wanted to eat there. Very tastefully decorated room, boutique hotel standard. The bed was divine, the bathroom had a gorgeous rain shower and beautiful tiling. The house is beautiful and in a very pretty little village. Ideal as a stop over on your way somewhere and also as a base for visiting places in the region. The owners are very charming and friendly, respecting your space and also very accommodating regarding food allergies.

Set in Daventry, Catesby Barn Farm B&B features a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available. The lady owning the B&B was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. Complimentary water was appreciated, as well.
