Less than a mile from John Lennon Airport, this family-run guest house is a 20-minute drive from Liverpool city centre. Gateway Lodge offers free parking and cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi. The location was very good. Just right to reach the airport (10-15 min of walking). I did not have breakfast but there were tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Wonderful stay, breakfasts and owners very accommodating and helpful. Location is great just off the Main Street. Slept really well, room has everything you need. Great value. Very clean and tidy. I had a super stay.

Aberley House, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Liverpool, 500 metres from Crosby Beach, 8 km from Aintree Racecourse, as well as 9.1 km from Anfield Stadium. The house was beautiful and filled with interest.The bathrooms are bigger than most rooms we have stayed in , and wonderfully decorated. One of them has the first bath installed in the Ritz Paris ! The owner was very helpful the breakfast was lovely and with a good choice of options The view from our room was spectacular with , on a good clear day, Snowden in view.
