Really good breakfast, Richard & Jason lovely friendly hosts, nothing to much trouble made us very welcome, in a quiet area which is nice, had room at top which had a sea view good sized bathroom with everything you need, shower gel, shampoo etc would stay again

The Old Lodge Guest House, has ample free parking and is directly opposite the South Common - for a brisk early morning walk with splendid views of the cathedral and town. Newly renovated Victorian building - authentic, with antiques and class. Host were friendly and nurturing - after a long and tiring journey - to be offered bath salts to go with the deep soak was SO appreciated! Chose it for the full English breakfast - and wasnt disappointed.

Situated just 400 metres from Skegness Beach, Brackenhurst Guest House features accommodation in Skegness with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a housekeeping service. It was the most pleasant experience, my hosts Dave & Andrea , were SO friendly..... They were the perfect hosts, and work very hard indeed to accomodate most guests, and most importantly to make their establishment a Covid safe place. My room was spotlessly clean, well ventilated, plenty of mirrors, tea & coffee in room, plenty enough hangers in the wardrobe, much storage space to say it was a single room. Could not fault the shower, easy to use the temperature/flow gauge. TV in room was adequate. Noise is kept to a minimum at night, so a good night's sleep is no problem...!!!👍👍

This is a beautiful self catering accomadation.it is well equipped and the owner is friendly and very helpful.Would highly recommend staying here if you like high end self catering. The only thing that could make it better is maybe blackout curtains as the blinds were great but made the room very light.but would stay again great value for fantastic quality
