What a great host and a team. The room was quite spacious. Nice shower. Lovely and cute interior. Lovely breakfast. My tip is to take a walk following the foothpath behind the hotel after 4-5pm. You can see a lot of local people having their time after all the visitors leave the town.

Freshly cooked full English and vegetarian breakfasts are joined by cereals, fruit and creamy porridge. There are omelettes, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, along with juice, tea and cafetiere coffee. Location, character, the vibe, the authenticity!! staff were all fabulous!

The owner and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as can be.

Started with the staff, we got a call the afternoon of our stay as we were arriving several hours after the estimate to in quire about our dinner plans. we would be arriving after the kitchen closed, so the owner offered to have a couple of salads made for us. The hotel has the classic British pub-hotel charm, but the room had a nice modern feel to it with a wonderful bathroom. air conditioning would’ve been nice, but the fan did the job. Great staff, selection of beverages and breakfast was fabulous.

Breakfast would have been a feast if we had let her have her way but my sister and i are not huge eaters so she had to curb her enthusiasm to porridge, toast and homemade marmalade, which was sooooo yummy. Her homemade rhubarb and apple compote was also excellent over yoghurt. Anne is a lovely, lovely lady and her property is beautiful both inside and out. The surrounding area is great for walking...down along the water....into the small downtown...and visiting the most gorgeous church on the main road. The steward that was there was knowledgeable about the history of the church and the town and so kind. The Bull pub restaurant was everything you could imagine an English pub to be....ambience ...good service....excellent food...good people. Would highly recommend The Nurseries for more than just an overnight. We stayed 2 nights and I wish we could have dallied for at least another day.

It is located 47 km from Cotswold Water Park and provides luggage storage space. Featuring a private entrance, the bed and breakfast allows guests to maintain their privacy. Hosts were amazing. They kept me updated and pinged me from time to time if everything is ok. Food supply was great. I felt supported with any kinds of requests I had. I highly recommend.

This pet-friendly inn also has free WiFi. Cute little village, loved the pub downstairs and how the hotel was so incredibly dog-friendly.
