All units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. The location is stunning, the room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was superb, I would definitely give a 10 out of 10 recommendation. The hosts were very nice and friendly.

The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 5.3 km from Uxbridge. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The owner did everything to make my stay enjoyable e.g. arranging for a taxi to take me to a restaurant. The breakfast was very good and I thought the stay was wonderful value for money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this guest house.

The studio features a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, an electric hob, a kettle and a toaster. Breakfast items are provided by the property. Really lovely property in a quiet but very convenient location. Bedroom opening onto a quiet beautiful garden. Breakfast was adequate. Muesli , oats yoghurt fruit tea and coffee milk. Room was overall very comfortable and Helen is a very welcoming host. Would highly recommend the property

The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Delightful owner who was most welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Very comfortable well appointed room. Quiet peaceful location and just a short walk to the local friendly village pub that serves very good food. Ideally located for Milton Keynes. Would suit business guests extremely well.

Great area , quiet, large area for walking.Delicious breakfasts, room large and clean. Hosts very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
