Set in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and only 14 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium, Villa Martinus offers accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed at Villa Martinus for two nights, and of the five bed and breakfasts we stayed at on our trip to Southern France, this is by far our favorite! Martin, the host is wonderful, and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay! He even let my husband borrow a jacket when he forgot his at home! Our room and sitting area were very large and comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy, modern and brand new. Breakfast was also by far our favorite and consisted of meats, cheeses, croissants, bread, yogurt, a large assortment of jams that Martin's mother makes, and more. He even made us scrambled eggs one morning. The pool looked amazing, but it was unfortunately too cold to use it when we were there. Martin also speaks excellent English, which is a plus.

Great and light private room in the heart of Nice features accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Nice, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. I had such a wonderful time in Nice and at the heart of it was staying in Neko's lovely home. She creates such a welcoming environment. The ambience of her place is just beautiful! She was so helpful with any questions and just the most gracious host, making her home so comfortable. I loved my room, it had beautiful light and a nice balcony where I had my morning coffee. I slept so well there. I can't wait to come back!

Set 11 km from Chateau de Grimaud, Le Cabanon de Val offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The property was great! It was very cosy, new and located in a beautiful, quiet area. You’ll have all the necessities, such as a comfy bed, a nice bathroom and a great pool in the garden. To reach Saint Tropez or beaches nearby, you only have to drive 15-20 minutes. Perfect! I would recommend booking this place when you have a car, since parking is free next to the accommodation and everything is best reachable by car. Valerie was a super kind and wonderful host! Definitely try her breakfast! It’s totally worth it : )

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel actually operates along with the underlying bistrot and I have to admit that it was fantastic having spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms have comfortable beds and are equiped with all the means one may need, such as Wi-Fi, small fridge, espresso machine, hair-dryer, A/C and a large flat TV set (we did not get use of the latter). We had our rooms cleaned (really thoroughly) and our fridge resupplied with a pair of water bottles on a daily basis. Not only our hosts (Eloise and Nicolas) were really helpfull, but all the hotel and bistrot staff was suberb trying to fulfill our needs. The underlying bistro is used to serve French-style breakfast, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes that truly exceed our expectations and varied preferences. Apart from breakfast, dinning at the bistrot is strongly suggested. All the plates are suberb, but I'd suggest trying those based on fish. It is worth to mention that the kitchen was extremely clean that there wasn't any fishy smell indicating that fishes were really fresh on a constant basis. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach so we had the opportunity to swim at every chance before having breakfast. The beach is clean with pebbles and is getting deep rather quickly which we really like. Finally, the hotel is ideally located close to the airport and yet without the traffic congestion of Nice, nor the crowded city centre. This is the ideal place to act as a base for journeys to other destinations, such as Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul du Vence, or even Marseille. Last but not least Cros-de-Cagnes train station is within walking distance; trains along with local buses provide reliable travel alternatives to all the above destinations. Important notice: The hotel does not have a lift; so it is not suitable for people with kinetic disablilities. This was not a problem for us, but other people may need to be aware of.

Everything. Absolutely everything. The views, the room, the host and hostess, the breakfast, the comfort and convenience. It was all perfect

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. Excellent room, clean, air con. Nice shower and excellent quality furnishings and linen. The pool and seating are private and enjoyable. The hot tub was hot ! And high quality. The breakfast had alot of choices. Secure onsite parking, just below our room. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating.

Soutariba features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, 1 km from Buse Beach. View, view, view!! and as well of course the room was lovely! full of room amenity, rich continental breakfast, kind host, sun chair, amazing terrace, pretty lighting fixtures, small living room (which was also cozy) and many other things I can’t name them all.

Located within a few steps of Sun Beach and 100 metres of Plage de la Pinede, VILLA MIAMI provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Les Issambres. Absolutely beautiful property with spacious suites. Loved the pool, the rooftop patios and the fun shared entertaining space with pool table! Incredible on site team that thought of everything (and more) - felt pampered and spoiled the entire stay
