Beautiful location next to a big lake with very kind and generous owners and a very nice cat called Aslan. The building itself has a very interesting history as it used to be a school in the past. We enjoyed staying there very much and miss the place and Puoalanka. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!!

Beautiful old house, located in the village of Puumala. Everthing is very clean and comfortable. Self-service breakfast had everything you need and we enjoyed it on the sunny terrace. Perfect.

The location was stunning and the facilities are beautiful. The sauna next to the lake was great; there are lots of beautiful places to relax and enjoy the lake and scenery. The food is good and the hosts are wonderful.

Haapala Brewery restaurant and accommodation features accommodation in Vuokatti. Free WiFi is provided. Haapala has its own brewery together with the restaurant. The room was nice and clean, very scandinavian style and it was good that you could drive your car in front of the cottage to unload packages. The traditional wooden sauna in the evening was lovely.

Beautiful old decorations and interior design is the pearl of this property. Everything inside is wonderfully renovated and the property is kept very clean.

Wanha Neuvola Questhouse was originally built in 1948, and freshly renovated in 2014. This guest house is located in the Pieksämäki town centre and offers free WiFi and parking to guests. Heart warm welcome after a loooong journey, the location is just perfect in the city center and you can reach easily every point in Pieksämäki. The Rooms are giving that feeling of beeing home as you would stay at home. Everyone inside of this guesthouse is soo friendly and helpfull you can easily talk over hours. It was just a hard time to leave after the short holiday. I will stay here again Thank you very much

Located by Lake Onkivesi, 12 km from Alapitkä, is the Jokiniemen Matkailu guesthouse. We loved that our room in this cosy B&B had a stunning lake view, a patio to enjoy it from and a very nice and modern bathroom. No noise and a lot of nature. Friendly owners. We hope to come back some time.

This property is set on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, lakeside sauna and homemade Finnish food. The grounds, environment, staff and room were all exceptional. It was such a relaxing stay and the ambience can’t be beat. They have rowboats to take on the nearby lake and it’s an amazing little experience.
