We went with him at night to feed deers and observe nightlife of other animals. Location of hotel is perfect for staying before or after visiting Ciudad Encantada. Really quiet and relaxing place. Room was clean. Dinner was tasty at hotels restaurant.

The place was immaculate clean and very well stocked with all amenities. The property manager Zulema was very polite and informative. She takes great pride in providing great service .
