Owner (Said) and staff were helpful and kind, very good location, would definitely recommend it. Fantastic experience.

Amazing location for seeing the tombs and temples. Tayeb is incredibly helpful with all things Egypt not just what’s around Luxor. His hospitality is the best I’ve experienced in all of Egypt. Make sure to have dinner there as it’s the best food I’ve had all trip long. Breakfast is also incredibly filling with a variety of different foods every morning. If you require a driver for anything (I recommend it for sightseeing) ask for Hassan he was a legend. He knew all of the best times to visit places to avoid the crowds and lots of local hidden gems which I would not have found otherwise. The property itself has a pool, small library and many sitting areas. The amount of literature on the surrounding area (half French/half English literature) in the library alone makes the visit worth it. Definitely take an evening or two to read through everything and to pick Tayeb’s brain about the locals tombs. He is a wealth of knowledge. Also on site there is a couple of really well behaved cute pets. The West Bank is quieter than city life on the East but that’s part of the charm. For anyone who is considering going to Luxor I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Karima House is set in the West bank district of Luxor, 1.8 km from Medinet Habu Temple, 2.7 km from Colossi of Memnon and 2.8 km from Deir el-Medina. It's a lovely, spacious, cozy, friendly place, very clean, comfortable beds and with amazing sunset view. The staff was helpful and friendly. we feld like we were part of the family. I liked the breakfast too - it was very tasty. We had enjoyable time in Karima house!

Personale davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, pranzo e colazione eccezionali con prodotti genuini e preparati con cura e passione. In the East bank district of Luxor, close to Luxor Train Station, Abeer Guest House features a rooftop pool and a washing machine. All rooms feature a kitchen and a private bathroom. The owners Abeer and Austin by themselves rate a six out of five. Kind, open, helpful and generous are words that come to mind. Being raised in Luxor Abbeer’s perspective is invaluable while Austin being an Irish expat really understands what it takes to navigate this challenging environment. The breakfast really sets you up for the day. And they did a great job of accommodating my dietary restrictions. While basic, the accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop communal area is a treat.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Hamdis place. Huge house with extra large rooms. He's an awesome guy to chat with. I can't recommend it highly enough.
