The location is amazing in the valley surrounded by nature. We did a wonderful hike from the Ostereis through the forest with many waterfalls and old stone villages. The staff treat you very well as the place is very small. The dinner in their restaurant was also delicious. The house is very old and charming.

Our room had a large balcony, with a view down to the lake. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice. Our host was easily contactable, and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. There is a bus stop right outside the property if you didn't want to walk up the short hill, but we mostly walked.

We adored our 3 night stay at this charming, new, and modern B+B located an easy 15 minute drive from Lugano. It's set up in the hills, in a very charming town with several excellent restaurants and all the conveniences within walking distance. Parking is very easy. The owners and staff are extremely nice, and the breakfasts are wonderful.
