The little Bernese Oberland village of Habkern lies in in a wind-protected and fog-free valley, off the beaten tourist track. Very tasty breakfast: three kinds of bread, fruit salad, cheeses, cuts of meat, yoghurts, delicious coffee and tea, muesli, milk and so on - a wide choice, all very fresh, homemade and tasty. The room was quiet, although the windows faced the street, so there was a nice view of the mountain from the window. And you could also see the cows coming to graze. The owners are very kind and nice. 10 points, I recommend this hotel!
