The location was great near the town centre, parking spots were also very good.. Breakfast was out of this world.

The Banff Boutique Inn is 10 minutes’ drive from the Banff Gondola, which takes guests up the Sulphur Mountain. Cave and Basin is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the inn. We loved staying at Banff boutique inn! first of all the staff and Poline and Hannah especially, were so nice and helpful. Free parking, quiet but near downtown location worked perfectly for us. We brought our own groceries and cooked at the full equipped kitchen with no problems. The complimentary Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate were so good and in great quality. The common area next to the fire place and the books and board games let us feel like a home for two nights. It was amazing, romantic vacation in the snow.

April was so sweet and accommodating to our needs! She helped us move our things in and gave us a well detailed tour of the property upon arrival. She also gave us plenty of recommendations for fun things to do in Banff and made us breakfast the morning of our leaving since we didn’t have time to go to a coffee shop before our shuttle arrived. All around, very sweet and perfect location!!!

Perfect location, just around the corner from Downtown Banff. Hot tub, varied breakfast menu, and in 5 days we never noticed the train noise other reviews have complained about.
