Great breakfast included and the dinner as well (10 euros pp). It is towards the farther end of Valbona, so you do have a few kms to walk to get to the Theth trail. No wifi, but you get cell service. Excellent views.

Amazing homestay, one of our favourites ever. Incredible views to the mountains. Super friendly family. Worth the hike up to the guesthouse (even after the long walk from Theth!). The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you want somewhere peaceful and unique. It’s worth the extra effort to get to - you will be richly rewarded!
