Personnel is great. You feel being taking care of. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good fast self check in check out. Very nice little beach where I spent a wonderful day is 2 min walk. The property provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Good parking. Quiet even though my room was facing a road. Nice small park just behind for running/walking. Fridge and ice is on the floor. We spent 4 nights here with 2 other couples. The pool was warm and the hosts are so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and service stafg was really so kind and nice. Lots to do on the cape and a short drive to Chatham and Dennis. Easy to drive to outer cape ( wellfleet etc )!
