When we arrived the owner explained that our room was on the 3rd floor which I had not realised when we booked and I have arthritis in my knees. I asked if there was anything on a lower floor and he said that he did have a room that was available so I asked how much it would cost to have that one, the owner explained that as it was a Monday night and a quiet time he would move us to this room for no additional charge which we thought was very good of him and we greatly appreciated it. The room was large and the bed was comfortable and the owner helped us to carry our cases up the stairs which was also greatly appreciated. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but I asked if we could make a drink and was shown where things were that we could use. The breakfast was continental but with a good choice and fresh fruit available. The restaurants belonging to the property were not open on Monday and Tuesday so the owner directed us to a nearby place which was good.

Inside is cute, decorated well, good light, a window that opens, plenty of A/C, fan, etc. Bathroom is a good size - beds could be a bit more comfortable but aren't horrible. Cute place, nice grounds, there's a little hammock in the back of the property that was nice to swing on, and the breakfast is good - better than the continental at most hotels (fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese & meat, and the usual).JJessicaGroup
