The breakfast was fantastic and varied day to day, the room comfortable and clean. And the location is great: close to the centre of Provincetown, but at the same time in a quieter section of Commercial St.

The breakfast consisted of great quality products and the coffee from the Swiss Jura coffee machine was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

Stan and Josh are the most welcoming host i have ever met on a B&B. From the beginning their help with access to the town & accomodation was extraordinary. I arrived late but accessing my room was no problem. Although i had booked the tiniest room in the house it was so very well organised that i did not miss a thing. Delicious breakfast was offered in quite some variation and having it on the balcony in the sunlight was the perfect start of the day. The property is situated on the main street but i was surprised how quite it was at night! I highly recommend this without any limitations!

The guesthouse is super clean, but, more than anything, it's gorgeous: we loved the décor! We also loved the fact that there was food all the time!! The breakfast is simple but diverse and abundant (we had yogurt, fresh bagels, cream cheese, cereal, cake, fruit, multiple options of milk...). We also had fruit, coffee, and yogurt multiple times throughout the day (which was left up for grabs in the kitchen). Facilities worked perfectly (AC, hot shower, etc.). The location was amazing: right next to the city center. They also had a bike rack to lock our bikes.
