We had a great stay at the Old Northside Bed and Breakfast! Gary was a wonderfully interesting and kind host who was more than happy to answer all of our questions and tell us about the history of the house. The breakfast was delicious, too!

It’s a perfect location right on the Monin trail- across from the Broad Ripple Brew Pub. There is a pleasant outdoor area, sweet private deck with the room, and plenty of easy parking.

The inn was simply beautiful, very well maintained and very comfortable. The host was friendly and available for any questions/needs. Should I find myself back in Indianapolis I would not hesitate to stay again.

The room smelled strangely of mildew. The carpet was dirty and I was glad I brought my sandals to wear. The ceiling had stains and wet spots all over. The temperature was difficult to regulate. I was actually afraid due to the transient feel. Would have left immediately but just had a hip replaced and was exhausted. The bed seemed clean. However, all of my clothes in my suitcase had to be washed, worn or not, because they absorbed the mildew smell.

Quiet, didn’t get bothered by other guests or staff. Was able to check in and out by myself. Very homey feeling, loved the bathtub and fireplace
