The place is awesome! Gary is an exceptional host (and baker!) who has a jaw-dropping movie collection. Breakfast was delicious, our room was very comfy, and the house was clean and cozy. Everything was simply perfect.

The room smelled strangely of mildew. The carpet was dirty and I was glad I brought my sandals to wear. The ceiling had stains and wet spots all over. The temperature was difficult to regulate. I was actually afraid due to the transient feel. Would have left immediately but just had a hip replaced and was exhausted. The bed seemed clean. However, all of my clothes in my suitcase had to be washed, worn or not, because they absorbed the mildew smell.
