Everything was wonderful - the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, the location is absolutely ideal and is an easy walk (less than 5 min) to all the shops/bars/restaurants in town, Derek was a great host and provided a lovely breakfast and juice and coffee and tea, the hot tub was great, overall it was just a really perfect place to stay, definitely better than any of the hotel options in town!

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great value for the location. Mike the owner was awesome, he was very accomodation when we were late to check out and even gave us a lift to the bus station! Would love to come back in summer

We enjoyed our stay very, very much! Nice location, very quiet with great views towards Mount Sopris from the garden, where we were able to use the swing and the rocker chairs. The room was also very clean, nice and comfortable. And the host Monique was most attentive.
